Surprising cucurbit cultivated from the terraces of the Nile, the luffa aegyptiaca is harvested when ripe, then carefully cleaned and dried. Its tough fibers, highly hydrophilic alveolar texture, and slightly rough feel make it an ideal sponge.

Neither abrasive nor harsh, it can be used daily or occasionally. Prepares the skin to receive a moisturizing treatment. After applying your Aleppo soap, massage in circular motions for effective cleansing and a gentle massage.
