Tadé Méditerranée is a brand of skincare and wellness products inspired by Mediterranean traditions. With 30 years of experience, we offer natural and sustainable products, designed with authentic raw materials that are gentle on the skin and the environment.

Tadé Méditerranée also consists of 30 employees in France and Syria, as well as numerous artisans with whom we work every day to create high-quality products.

For over 8 years, Tadé has been in solidarity with the NGO Baroudeurs de l’Espoir, dedicated to the education of children in the Middle East, and providing assistance to displaced populations in Lebanon and Syria.

We also support our local artisans to preserve their expertise, respect their traditions, and provide them with fair, dignified, and ethical working conditions.

• Authentic Aleppo and Marseille soaps: solid, liquid, and scented, our unique and natural rituals for the hammam bath.

• Body care and well-being products: magical balms, powdered masks, precious oils, hand & face creams and milks... complete and essential routines!

• Candles and home fragrances: 5 scented stops in the Mediterranean to perfume your interiors.

• Cleaning & Household: Black soaps, soda crystals or pure bicarbonate, solid dish soap or Aleppo soap flakes for laundry, for a natural cleaning!

Absolutely. Tadé places great importance on the naturalness of its products and is committed to being completely transparent about the origin of its ingredients and raw materials, down to the location of the production of each product and its processing. The majority of our products are certified organic or natural by reputable labels. Our formulas prioritize natural ingredients, without parabens, silicones, or sulfates, and for the most part without palm oil!

We are also committed to offering packaging made from recycled or recyclable raw materials: environmentally responsible.

Yes, you will find in the category BENEFITS our selection of products specially designed to meet your needs, or for the care of every skin type from the most sensitive to the oiliest and mature!

Our Aleppo soaps are authentic, made according to ancestral methods by our master soap makers in Aleppo, Syria. Our artisanal decorative and lifestyle products are also handmade in collaboration with local artisans, particularly in Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey. As for most of our bath and wellness products, they are mostly made in France or in countries around the Mediterranean.

The certifications of our products guarantee their quality, naturalness, and environmental respect.

COSMOS (certified by Ecocert)
This certification covers our natural or organic cosmetics. It guarantees:
✔️ Mainly natural origin ingredients
✔️ At least 10% from organic farming
✔️ No GMOs or petrochemical derivatives
✔️ Recyclable packaging

There are two levels:

• COSMOS ORGANIC: min. 20% of organic ingredients in the final product, recycled or recyclable packaging

• COSMOS NATURAL: 95% natural ingredients, no plant ingredients from GMOs, recyclable packaging

Ecodetergent
Specific to cleaning products (like our liquid soaps), it guarantees:
✔️ Natural and biodegradable ingredients
✔️ Eco-responsible processes
✔️ Zero petrochemical derivatives
✔️ Eco-designed packaging

These labels are a guarantee of quality, transparency, and commitment to the planet.

Most of our products have a naturalness rate of over 97%, attesting to the purity and quality of the ingredients used.

Where can you find this information? The exact percentage of naturalness is indicated on the product pages of our website. You will also find it directly on the packaging of our products, for complete transparency.

Some soaps, like Aleppo soap (green/brown) or activated charcoal soap (black), may leave temporary marks on soap dishes or sinks due to their natural color.
No need to worry!

• Marks on surfaces: they can be easily removed with a damp sponge.

• Fabric: these natural soaps do not contain synthetic dyes, therefore they do not permanently stain laundry, a wash is enough to remove residues on bath towels.

INCI stands for International Nomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients.
It is a universal language used to accurately describe and identify the ingredients present in a cosmetic product, regardless of the country. This nomenclature ensures transparency and understanding for consumers.

To better understand it, we suggest you find their translation in the "COMPOSITION" tab of our product sheets.

Most Tadé products are suitable for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers, provided that the conditions of use indicated on the packaging are respected.

Scented candles from Tadé offer a burning time ranging from 30 to 40 hours, depending on their use.
This information is directly indicated on their packaging. 🕯️

Fragrant Tadé bouquets diffuse their fragrance for 3 to 5 weeks, depending on their use.

Tip: To enhance the scent, regularly stir or flip the sticks.
Sustainability: These bouquets are endlessly reusable thanks to our fragrance refills and available rattan sticks.

Tadé Art de Vivre products are designed to bring a touch of refinement both indoors and outdoors, but this depends on the materials used:

  • Blown glass: Our glass creations are mainly intended for indoor use, as they can be sensitive to impacts and temperature variations.
  • Handcrafted metal: Products made of handcrafted metal, such as certain accessories and lanterns, are durable and can be used outdoors, but it is recommended to protect them from the weather to preserve their appearance.
  • Recycled tire: Our items made of recycled tire are particularly robust and suitable for outdoor use. They withstand the elements well and are perfect for decorating your outdoor spaces.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER

Our available delivery methods are: 

• DPD, delivery to home or collection point, with a delivery time of 48 to 72 hours from order confirmation

• CLICK & COLLECT: Pick up at the showroom 24 hours after order confirmation, at 274 Avenue de Paris, Parc d’Activités de Signes 83870 SIGNES, from Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.

• SCHENKER: special pallet delivery to home for fragile products (blown glass grapes) & bulky items (certain recycled tires)

• On our website tade.fr

• At our authorized reseller partners.

• In certain specialized natural care stores.

The payment method offered on the tade.fr website is credit card. We hope to offer you new payment methods very soon.

We offer several delivery options depending on the destination and the contents of your order.

• DPD delivery to home or to a pick-up point in France and many European countries
• Schenker delivery in France and many European countries for fragile products (blown glass clusters) & bulky products (certain recycled tires)
• Click and collect delivery in our showroom in Signes (83870)

Delivery in mainland France is free for orders over 59€, excluding blown glass clusters and lighting products.

As a general rule, we make your journey easier by activating the offer directly in your cart. If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code in the summary section of the cart page during the online ordering process.

Simply click on the mention: You have a promo code and enter this code in the designated box.

It is not possible to modify or cancel an order after it has been confirmed. You must wait for the receipt of your order to make a return within 14 days after receiving your package at the following address:

The return is made at your expense.
The refund for the returned product(s) at the invoiced price, including the outbound delivery costs, will be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. The refund will be processed a few days after the receipt of the returned product(s).

For any complaint regarding an order from the e-shop, we invite you to send us a message to the email address web@tade.fr. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

In case of a refund request, we invite you to return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving your package to the following address:

The return shipping costs are at your expense.

The package includes only the delivery note. The invoice is available in your customer account. Please note that you can choose a gift wrap to purchase from those offered on the "Gift Giving" page in the cart.

As stated in the privacy policy accessible HERE, the Tade.fr website stores the data recorded during the account creation, which includes Name, First Name, Postal Address, Email Address. Tade.fr and all your orders placed or in progress on the Tade.fr website.
